Die Haferflocken-Erdnussbutter-Kekse mit Schokostückchen, die ich letzte Woche gemacht habe, habe ich gestern wieder (diesmal fürs Kollegium) gebacken und nun zusätzlich noch zur Häfte in flüssige Schokolade getaucht. Das sieht dann so aus:

Man hätte die Kekse natürlich auch mit Schokolade bespenkeln können (sieht noch schöner aus), aber so ist der Schoko-Anteil höher ;-)
With this extra amount of chocolate the cookies are even more yummie (at least for chocaholics like me) ;-)
